About Me

The Prehistory of a “Friend”

…and the very beginning was when, at my birth, my parents “marked” me with the name Rūta, which, translated from Hebrew, would mean “friend”…

To understand that helping men by becoming their friend, is an activity—a job that I want to do and know how to do—I first had to prepare myself properly for it, coming to know people and overcoming the trials meant for me throughout a long “psychological journey.” Every experience was a great gift of life to me, because I matured to the point where, first of all, I could feel good within myself, in my own strength and harmony, and finally become capable of turning towards another person and willingly helping them, having already acquired a sufficient “store” of experiences in understanding the world.

Having grown up between two brothers, from childhood I was inclined to choose the company of boys. And when I recall my adult life and situations in my relationships with men, I can say that the men I have come to know look at me with respect—as a strong, authoritative person who inspires trust—because through the words I share, my way of life, and what I radiate, I motivate men to live, “lift the wings of their souls.”

We turn to ourselves, “take” the right thought, and “shoot” into action—here and now!

A Brief Introduction

Listen to Rūta

“Human energy is one of the essential things that determines our choice to be in one another’s presence. I invite you to feel mine.” — Rūta

“Positive thinking is not ‘closing one’s eyes’ to reality. It is choosing an ‘angle of view’ towards reality, understanding that whatever bad may happen leads only to good.”

The Specific Nature of My Work—What Am I About?

Knowing how the daily rhythm of life draws a person into countless matters, and how there is always too little time to manage everything, fortunately, each of us finds our usefulness to one another through the activities we love, and in this way contributes to one another’s more comfortable, higher-quality lives.

The same applies to (self-)reflection. After all, not all of us can devote long hours to self-analysis and discovering life’s truths; nor do we always feel capable of carrying the hardships that befall us alone or finding the right direction when lost at a crossroads.

Being so different, each of us chooses communities of like-minded people close to us and the support of people who resonate with us through who they are and what they do. To take care of our well-being, our welfare, we choose the help of all kinds of methods and practices, and each of them is wonderful and right in its own way. The most important thing is to try.

Through the part of the path I have already travelled and the experiences I have gained, I have understood that there is a time when you simply have to remain where you are and learn what you have to learn. But a time comes when you must leave behind what is no longer useful, what is no longer connected with a person’s growth and their purpose on Earth. Therefore, I can emphasise that “it is the experience of life—or lives—that will speak with you.”

Having arrived at who I have matured into now, and at what feels most acceptable to me and helps me most in everyday life, I will apply this method of help / support for all those who want the result of “team success”: we turn to ourselves, “take” the right thought, and “shoot” into action here and now!

I have put a great deal of love and sincere devotion into the brand I created, “Men’s Friend for Rent,” and so I come to become a “person of strength” for the one who needs precisely me.

And I am about courage, freedom, and movement, when it is time to step out of the old and into the new: a new perspective and new choices.

Positive-Thinking Coach

The continual exploration of the laws of the Universe, the search for hidden truths, and the analysis of the “chains of cause and effect” in my own life situations and those of others are my great passion and calling in life. Spending much time in silence and reflection, I find answers to many questions that matter to me and to people. In this way, I have learned to see the world through a broad, wise gaze; and a clear understanding and firm trust in how the whole “mechanism of the world” works rightly have helped me view life’s trials without panic—as a natural process of human evolution. Through this long-standing practice of thinking and the behavioural choices it has shaped, I have attained inner peace, harmony, balance, and spiritual strength; I have truly become a free person and the creator of my own life. And most importantly, I have learned to simply feel well in my everyday life.

“Right thoughts cleanse our thinking of ‘pollutants’ and expand the space of our minds so widely that, finally, the truths of life have room to enter.”

Collector of Good Emotions

Once, someone asked me: “Do you love someone, that your face looks so light?” I replied: “Yes. I do. I love life.”

Calling myself a collector of good emotions, for decades, day after day, I “licked the salt of life,” and all that time I was guided by the dream that, finally, one day I too would be able to feel “the taste of the sweet life.”

Having devoted a large part of my life to spiritual growth and to exploring and creating good emotions, I arrived at the result I had longed for and at the understanding that “life’s sweetness” lies simply WITHIN US—in who we become through the “salt of life,” through personal growth.

…And it all began when my “awakened soul” compelled me to think, to search for the right thoughts…

“It is life experience that will speak with you.”
